At the heart of our mission is a deep commitment to mentoring and discipleship. We partner with rural pastors around the world—faithful leaders who often lack access to formal seminary or Bible training—and walk alongside them to equip, encourage, and empower them in their calling. Through teaching sound doctrine, modeling Christ-like leadership, and fostering spiritual growth, we help these pastors grow in their understanding of God’s Word and their ability to shepherd their communities well. This work is not only transformational for the pastors themselves but for the countless lives they impact. We follow the command of Jesus in Matthew 28:19-20, where He says, “Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.”
